As a parent, I was constantly spoken down too. Not only did they openly make negative comments about my child's clothes, but our clothes were given to different children MULTIPLE times DURING A PANDEMIC! They don't even apologise. The nursery act so strong about 'names in clothes' policy, but clearly don't check. If I was 5 minutes early I was rudely told "well you are early, wait outside". If I was RARELY a few minutes late, I was threatened with being charged a full session. A few months ago I was charged over 80, I asked every week for 3 weeks why this was but wasn't given an answer, whilst receiving threats over emails to pay. This was eventually dropped, again, with no apology - no respect, or ownership of the stress they cause! So glad we changed nurseries to Little Angels. I can only hope YMCA treat the kids better than the parents, but wouldn't count on it.

I was really not happy with the care provided to my 2 year old son he caught scarlett fever and the staff was aware scarlett fever was in the nursury but took 2 days to let us know found the staff rude and unhelpful along with several other issues and I am being forced to pay 4 weeks notice even though I have removed my son from the nursury .
