Took my Grandads' ring to be cleaned - it hadn't been cleaned in a long time. The service was excellent, they cleaned it whilst I waited and did an absolutely fantastic job, it's like a whole new ring! Would definitely recommend.

Robert Alan Jewellers are by far one of the best jewellers I have come across. Nothing is too much trouble. They are very eager to please, even if it is just a little piece of jewellery . In my experience, they are polite and courteous and will go the extra mile to satisfy all their customers. Recently I asked them to match a bracelet I was given and they have gone out of their way to source the exact colour and I can't wait to wear my bracelet, necklace and earing.
