I popped in to grab some juice, and after asking to see if I could come around to have a look as they have tonnes of choice, he said no ( which is fine). I then asked if he could tell me the flavours, the answer was no, and then I asked if there is a menu.....can you guess... the answer was NO. At which point he chucked the juice I did recognise and wanted , back in the rack only to fall on the floor. I didn't want to see or hear the entire range, just the small section of 10ml salt range. Needless to say I purchased nothing and won't be returning, a shame really as normally service is good and they are prepared to let me have a good look and/or go through the flavours. If serving customers is too much like hardwork , I suggest finding another role in the business. Date of visit 3.15pm 27/8/22 incase you wish to have a chat about customer service with the member of staff working.

Great vape shop and really helpful. As a novice I need advice and they have been awesome.
