Kimbers Carpets

Beware, nasty, unpleasant company, management and staff. Would leave 0 if I could. I came across a Kimbers van today driving slowly, so I overtook the van and the driver started making the most disgusting gestures at me and then several times sped up behind me until he was right by my bumper, then fell back and did it again. I phoned the Kimbers New Milton office and the man who answered told me I shouldn't have overtaken the van and therefore wasn't interested in my concern / complaint. He obviously also felt that daring to overtake their van warranted this offensive, aggressive behaviour. I phoned the police and made a report instead. If this is the way this company, its management and staff behave and treat people who have done nothing wrong i want nothing to do with them

Good selection of carpets. Range is quite small. New Milton definitely better than Christchurch branch.

We used Kimbers last year, and didn't hesitate to go back, this month, when we wanted to do our kitchen/diner. They offer great customer service and advice, in these more challenging times. They came to measure and fit promptly, and at great cost. Best of all it looks amazing. We'll definitely be back next time!
