Depends who you get to cut your hair. I have had a great hair cut and a bad hair cut it's the luck of the draw as you have no choice I believe on who cutes your hair. But I will try again.

If I could give -10 stars i would i went in said hello asked if they were available for a trim she said sign there and pointed at a clipboard i was told "cash only" that was perfectly fine so i asked if she minded if i ran to the cash point across the road she just stared at me but I figured her English wasn't great so i gave her a chance until I heard her talking to her colleague in perfect English she told me "sit there" not a hello nothing still I thought I'd give it a go BIG MISTAKE!!! I asked for 1cm from my hair and 1cm only and even explained that i had previously had a bad haircut where a hairdresser had cut all of my hair off and it had only just grown back and she said "fine" she dragged the brush through my hair so hard i literally felt my hair being ripped out she was brushing so roughly it hurt. she just glared at me the whole time in the mirror she roughly sectioned my hair and i again said just 1cm please my hair which was halfway down my back is now shoulder length. She didn't even cut both sides of my fringe just one side pulled the other side over but didnt cut it so I now have half of my hair cut off and a wonky fringe AVOID AT ALL COSTS. I am absolutely devastated. her colleague seemed lovely and smiley but the woman who cut my hair - she didn't give her name treated me like she despised me and acted like I was a huge burden instead of a paying customer I really hope management have a talk with her and she ups her customer service skills and her hairdressing skills I also hope she was just having a bad day seeing as she loudly said to her colleague how tired she was and that she isn't always like this because if she is I pity whoever is next in her chair.
