        Rang 2 weeks before Christmas for a service quote for a hormann roller door. Spoke to a nice enough lady who took my details and I was told an engineer would call me back to arrange a service date - 4 weeks on and I'm still waiting for said call!! I think this says all any prospective customer should need to know about Christchurch Garage Doors and their poor customer service.

        Absolute no regard for people using the road. There is one of their vans parked in fairmile road in a cycle lane causing a tale back to foundation roundabout. And no one answering the phone and no email address to contact so only way is to post a review !
