I experienced very good care this morning. My dentist was excellent, efficient and explained the procedure and after care in a clear and caring manner. The reception staff are very polite and pleasant and I cant fault the practice. The reason I didnt give it a 5* is purely because I think in every situation there is always room for improvement. Thank you to all the staff at My Dentist.

Today I took my two children ( ages 6 and 9) to see the dentist . They have been seen by a lovely dentist, she made the kids feel comfortable, pain free treatment , both of them needed a tooth removed. We will definitely be back in 6 months .Thank you very much.

I can understand why Mount Ave mydentist only get 3 stars average. My appointment after a filling impacting on the next tooth was cancelled twice due to dentist off sick, then pandemic closed service. Had an email last March saying still not fully functioning so only book if urgent. I waited till my final covid booster to book but was told no more a NHS client but could have private. Wrote a letter to practice manager last month about this and awaited their reply. Nothing from them, how rude of this money spinning outfit. Seems I'm not alone from the reviews. Those reading this review I suggest you look at mydentist on Trustpilot. I am not alone with the mass of similar complaints about this franchise.

As I couldn't get a NHS appointment I went private. I paid my 40 plus fee . Only two dentist working that day , had a chat with other customs who had also paid for private treatment. I worked it out I would have to wait at least an hour to see a dentist. I paid for a time slot , I am unwell suffering extreme joint pain and can not sit long term in an uncomfortable chair hence the time slot ,very disappointed. Searching for a new dentist who has a clock and can be on time , they have just lost at least 2000 worth of business
