Accolade Windows & Conservatories LLP

Had a couple of windows replaced by Accolade and can't fault them. Knowledgeable sales representative, polite and friendly installers who did a fantastic job. Would definitely recommend Accolade.

Just had a gorgeous solid roof fitted on our freezing cold/boiling hot (!!) Conservatory. After receiving three quotes from 2 other companies and then Accolade Windows and Conservatories from New Milton, it became clear from the word go they would be the company for us: their product knowledge and communication was fantastic. The work carried out from the fitters- an absolute joy to have around the house- was fantastic. Nothing was too much trouble for this company. Exceptional quality and service from this family run business. Can't rate them high enough. Highly, highly recommended.

Windows and Patio doors installed in December 2020 into a newly refurbished property. I moved into the property in August 2021, paid to transfer warranty's and guarantee's into my name. Accolade have been out twice to adjust the patio doors. Had to call them again yesterday for the same problem. I was told they would charge me 70+vat?? as the locks are only covered for 1 year. The locks are working, the doors keep dropping. Still refused to come out without a charge. Does this mean the warranty and guarantee are not worth the paper they are written on. I expressed my concern over being burgled, only to be told " You will have to catch the burglar" by the owner of Accolade. I have never come across such unprofessionalism and a total disregard to their customers from a company ever before. Good luck to anybody using this company.
