        Shockingly rude business owner. I called from another country to get my mother in laws carpets cleaned while she was in hospital. He completely dismissed me and just about put the phone down on me. Would not recommend.

        Very poor experience, perhaps some education on customer service and attitude - for information I asked him not to do the job as he was clearly a very agitated man who I didn't want in my house. Very dissapointing
