        Awful customer service given the telephone shunt 8 times, rude members of staff. Awful customer experience and wont pass me to a manager. On the phone 2 hrs 20 mins issue still not resolved.

        Terrible customer service. Told sorry won't be a minute, then told someone else will be coming and then told I have to join the queue for the counter. If I had wanted a counter service I would not have wasted time at the customers services
