Absolutely Horrendous to deal with not just the Store but the lack of the ability for the staff to explain procedures! They have no immediate access to a manger, lack complete Awareness to follow up procedures with Clientele, They seem to be more equipped to deal with OAPs not Financially Profitable Companys as my own.. They couldnt answer my enquiry and Im not silly I have been in Business a long, long time to know when someone doesnt no an answer nor can they be bothered to look so they just palm you off by saying its our rules & policy yet when asked to show the Rule/Policy they could not give an explanation.. I asked for forms to produce to a Visa department to prove this is my account but what came back was Dismissive, Condescending & Disrespectful which in turn has left me majorly concerned of who has control of my money especially from what I see as a Business man that runs a very successful Company I would never employ most of the not all but most of the staff they had no clue what they was doing so in return what came back at me was mirrored straight back at them however I asked for the help which was given in a concerning manor as to the lack of confidence I now have for the Branch here! I will as discussed be in the process of transferring all my Business account to a suggested bank from other successful business Men and Women! A friend of mine just recently moved from HSBC to Santander for the same thing Lack of Confidence in the Staff! I will also be strongly suggesting to any others who are looking for Business banking to stay away from HSBC especially opening an account at New Milton branch maybe the Area Manager of the Local branches should primarily be looked at to whom they employ & how they deliver Leadership atubutes.. This is 3 local Business owners said the same thing about this Bank and Branch I know some people lack the mental capacity to read or listen beyond Headlines or short statements but if more than 2 People call you Donkey you better by a Saddle! I know my Daughter who is an infant might think Im calling them a Donkey but that would be understandable shes a child but Im aware that some full grown adults cant differentiate the difference but it means if more than 2 people tell you the same thing then maybe you should take a look at it productively not argue back!!

I have been using HSBC Bank for several years in connection with a charity account. I have always found the staff to be most helpful, friendly and efficient - nothing has been too much trouble for them. Yes, it can get a bit crowded at times because the branch is small, but nevertheless I am still a happy customer. 21.1.2019 Unfortunately, after having recently written such a glowing review I now have to report that I had a very disappointing visit to HSBC Bank this afternoon. I was there with a neighbour to initiate some transactions for our charity account - The Christina Noble Children's Foundation. I was served by a female teller who was obviously having a bad day and her attitude showed that she blatantly didn't want to be bothered with our transactions. In fact, both of us were so shocked by her attitude that we didn't say a word because there were a lot of customers in the bank, and we didn't want to cause a fuss, but instead we left the bank very upset, angry and disgusted. This teller has been with the bank for a long time and therefore it was even more upsetting when her two colleagues are always so patient and helpful. Because the amounts which had to be transferred were in her eyes, small amounts she proceeded to insist that we lumped it into one payment which we tried to explain to her would have complicated issues with the recipient. She then suggested that I did on-line banking, but as this is a Charity Account and requires TWO signatures this isn't an option, although of course it would have been less work for her and probably a better experience for us. I thought as a long term "customer" this was totally out of order and extremely unprofessional. What a shame that she has blotted the copy book of her two lovely colleagues. It is with sadness that I have to write such a review

Very small branch of HSBC but it offers all the necessary services; ability to deposit cash, withdraw it, deposit cheques etc. There is an ATM outside. The staff are friendly and helpful although there can sometimes be a little wait to see a cashier, but it's a clean and tidy branch.
