        I purchased a mobile air con unit for approx 300. Unfortunately its too heavy for me to manage so I returned it unused, in original packaging at my own expense. 15 days later they have not even acknowledged receipt or provided a refund. Their own terms state ten days. Starting a small claims court procedure in 24 hours if they continue to retain my money. Worst customer service I have experienced

        Have purchased and installed 4 in the last 10years, all still working well, just one needed a regas last year due to a small leak at a nut. Great for summer and winter, good efficient units.
