        A great yoga club, very friendly and adaptable to any level. As a beginner they were very encouraging and helpful with learning the techniques. It was enjoyable yet challenging and I felt I had worked all my muscles and had a good stretch out too.

        Gaynor is an amazing yoga teacher, she's very grounded and understanding. She's great at adapting poses to suit your ability and gives you confidence in your abilities. I highly recommend her classes, she has helped me to feel comfortable with yoga and inspired my practice.
