Flexibility and mobility is extremely important to me as I regularly exercise for my job, and in my leisure time. I'd never enjoyed yoga until I started attending classes with Jade. She's a very down to earth instructor, makes you feel comfortable in her classes and is extremely passionate and knowledgeable. I would say jade is the best yoga teacher for the unbendy, and couldn't recommend her enough. I've fallen in love with yoga. I can now touch my toes! The greatest gift Jades yoga has given me is I can now run for miles! Since improving my flexibly and mobility my knees no longer ache halfway through runs. I went from barely running 3 miles to 7 miles plus and zero aching in my joints. Jade should yoga is 5 stars all the way.
