Very poor experience. Wanted money upfront and then was a constant hassle to get hold of him with constant excuses for not turning up. Has only completed half of the paid for work and no contact now for a year. I had recommended him to my neighbour as well who had a similar experience and has also decided to use someone else. I really wouldnt bother. Services: Glass & mirror cleaning, Window washing

I used Shining Windows for the first time today and they delivered a 1st class service from booking to completion. Matthew suggested an out of hours start at 7am due to the possibility of traffic on Stoney Stratford high street. He was there on the dot and did a great job . A couple of windows at the rear of the building are extremely awkward to get to, but he has an extensive range of equipment to enable him to reach over the single story building in front of the 1st and 2nd floor windows. Very pleased , will be using again. Service: Window washing
