        Very poor service. Had a missing part shipped from Japan FREE only for them to put a p&p and admin charge to get it the last 50 miles. Very insulting and sarcastic staff and managing director.

        Contacted them on Wednesday regarding some lost parts for a Tamiya kit. They were extremely helpful and the parts turned up today just two days later. Fantastic service, thank you.

        The Hobby Company is a 5 star from me, I needed some spare parts on 2 occasions for a tamiya kit and they were helpful and obliging , and very quick at sorting me out with the parts that I needed. Delivery on both occassion was speedy and the staff were very friendly to boot. Highly reccomended
