        I contacted Woburn chemicals after a long search trying to find a local company, and was incredibly amazed with the level of customer service provided, outstanding! They were all very courteous, helpful with advice and informative with regards to health and safety, they provided me with a data sheet and further information regarding the chemicals, it was all prepared before I arrived, I asked about protective clothing and someone who overheard the converstion took the time to print out the details for a supplier local to me. The prooduct was delivered to my van for me whilst making payment, I can honestly say that this company has customer care at the heart of their service.         IVO Textiles Ltd Southall Middlesex(A Textile Printing Company) have been dealing with Woburn Chemicals Ltd for many years mainly ordering Hydrogen Peroxide and Sodium Hydroxide(Caustic Soda) and also many other types of chemicals used in the printing trade. The Quality of service is excellent, orders are dealt with very quickly and deliveries always on time and the few problems we have had over the years have been corrected very quickly and efficiently.
