        Left messages, sent emails and seem to be getting ignored. Can't get through now on the phone. We placed and paid for an order back in January which still hasn't been delivered and we haven't been contacted to explain if there is any issues or to sort a refund. Please can someone get in touch ASAP.

        DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY!!! Terrible customer service. I cancelled my 1000+ order before it was shipped and they have not refunded me!! After a month theyre ignoring my phone calls and are not responding to my emails. AWFUL COMPANY!!!!

        After a month I have still not received my refund. DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY. Awful customer service and cooperation regarding the cancellation of my order. I didn't receive an email confirming my cancellation. I phoned 3 times asking for an email to confirm my cancellation, i was told it would be emailed to me straight after the phone call however i still haven't receive an email confirming my cancellation. I've now phone 3 more times with no answer. Very unprofessional.

        We ordered 30 cherry laurel 3-4ft, they all came well packaged and on time, all of the plants are beautiful and very full, I received excellent communication from start to finish, I highly recommend ADP wholesale plants, thank you.
