        Oxygen 87 waited 4 hrs to be told all the people that came after us were going first!!!! Dirty unkept! Messages everywhere like your a criminal for asking how long. No explanations of how they order people and was not even busy!! Disgraceful formal complaint done

        Thank you NHS for being there for a mostly ungrateful public. This service is free at the point of use, under incredible strain and we should all remember that!

        I went into the walking in centre due to a bad eye infection, I was seen by two lovely girls at reception, only waited for 5-10 mins. Dr Bimaljeet Kalsy was amazing, had a great sense of humour. She put a big smile on my face. What a great lady!

        Had to wait a few hours but my daughter was seen by all who needed to see her and was even sent to see a specialist which she badly needed. They were very polite and very helpful. It was my first time in a hospital here and I loved the service
