        Fateha and team were brilliant - I called not really knowing what I needed or even if a Volvo was right for me. Fateha took her time to work out what I needed and how to best get that for me at a price that suited my budget. Really excellent customer service and I love the car! Matthew.

        Poor customer service. Bought a Volvo car at the end of October last year, and the customer service seemed great, but that was it. Any other interaction Ive had with the dealership after buying my car has been a chore, took them 5 months to give me my spear set of keys, the service department say they will call you but the never do, chase them for information again and again and they never call you back.

        Fateha Begum was so responsive, replying late at night and on multiple occasions. Her manner is approachable and friendly without being pushy. So much so we brought two vehicles! Excellent customer service
