Stood there for 5 mins , totally ignored, staff looking up at screens and carried on what they were doing , not until a passing member of staff asked if I needed assistance I was acknowledged, won't go there again , p.s this was on a quiet Tuesday afternoon and no customers in showroom, (update) promised a follow up call back after call back re this review , still waiting I've given up went to Kia instead !!

I cant really rate it as I stood here for 15 minutes waiting for a sales person to talk to me. I knew exactly what car I wanted and was definitely going to buy. I gave up and bought a very nice A5 S-Line from Audi up the road instead.

I would not recommend taking your VW to this dealership. The drop off process and pick up service is truly awful and I have yet to drop off or collect my car without a 25 minute wait. The staff do not have pride in their work and have one speed which is slow. I had the tyres replaced on my VW Touareg which were not inflated correctly by the dealership leading the TPMS to go off the following day when travelling up the M1. The tyres only had 30psi pressure. In addition, when I raised a complaint to this issue (plus a few other items) I had no call back. To top it all, having completed a dissatisfied survey with Marshalls Group requesting a call back from a manager several weeks ago they have still not bothered to contact me. The other issues are too lengthy to go into here. If you have a VW then I recommend you use a good quality independent VW specialist in the area of which there are a number without detriment to your warranty. I will not be taking my car here again.
