        The WAV caddy went in for a recall ,the service was excellent and the staff very helpful ,well worth a visit if you need you vw serviced or fixing .

        Sent from one depot then to the other one, to be then sent back to the first one!! A real run around, no coffee offered. Waited quite a while as a result, staff not overly friendly!

        Called the parts department today for a couple of bits for my Caddy , the parts guy was so helpful , the particular part i wanted was in Bletchley and the parts guy went and got it then phoned me back when ready for my collection from Bleak Hall , never normally write reviews but credit where credit is due , Excellent service.
