        Booked car in and when I arrived it had been booked in for the following day. They said it would be no problem and said to leave it with them. 3 and a half hours later they phoned me to say they hadn't even started it. By this time it was 2.30pm and they had no chance of completing the job as they had a car stuck on a ramp. I went back to get the car having wasted the day, petrol money to get there and back and the guy offered me a tenner in compensation. Will not be using them ever again. Couldn't care less.
