Had a look at the reviews and they were great so decided to make my next car purchase with this company, car was sold and delivered to me very quickly! After Id received the car Id realised how many shortcuts theyd taken, I didnt receive my log book so had to pay for my own. 3 weeks after purchasing my vehicle it was immobilised due to the aforementioned company not doing everything they needed to before making the sale, this cost me another 115. Tried getting in contact but had no reply, I would avoid this company like your life depended on it, because if they dont do the appropriate checks and try to rush a sale, then chances are it could

Bought a dark grey 50k car off them and it was delivered with: - Bright blue paint on the undercarriage / arches / tyres on all 4 corners - Slow puncture on back left hand side - Bald spare tyre - Scuff on the car not photographed - Snotty tissues and an old garage key inside - License plates with Refined Automotive ads + post code on them - Extra late delivery Emailed dealership to explain and within 2 weeks all I've had back is a reply saying sorry and a host of mysterious issues to do with my PX (that I have never experienced once in driving my car every day). Neglecting the fact that my car not only had a host of additional extras not included in it's value, but also a full valet (no snotty tissues in mine) and a full tank of diesel. They claimed to want to help with the bright blue paint (I will attach photos if I must) - also offered to post new unbranded plates to me, but after 2 weeks I've had nothing more, not an email, reply, call or anything. Sure you can imagine how much diesel my brand new car came with too ... a whole 7 miles worth.

Ive been very patient with this garage but Im afraid to say my experience has been poor. The below is an honest account of my experience. I bought a car from this garage and within a couple of weeks, I had trouble with the automatic gearbox. I live about 2 hours away but after ringing the garage agreed to attempt a fix. They updated some software, but within days the problem was back. I returned the car and they took the car for 5 weeks, attempting to repair the problem. The garage agreed to give me a courtesy car, for which I am grateful, but 5 weeks later they returned the car but the next day the problem was not resolved, and worse, after I drove the car home they hadnt done up the bolts on one of my wheels and 3 of the 5 had fallen out and were missing when I arrived at my destination (see photo). I took it to a mechanic, he said the remaining bolts on that wheel were also loose. At this point, I requested to speak to a Director, Nasir, and requested that I either return the car for a refund or get the gearbox fixed at an independent garage, and to their credit they agreed I could take it to an independent, so long as they agree to the quote. I took the garage to the independent, got them to ring and email with the quote, and a week later they still havent responded to the mechanic despite saying repeatedly theyd call him back. This entire saga has lasted the best part of 4 months now, still without resolution. Theyve said theyll call me back about 15 times, and I havent once had anybody call me back. Ive been patient, I appreciate the situation is difficult, but ultimately I cant recommend them on the basis of the service Ive received. Ill happily amend this review should the situation resolve itself. Update: 3 weeks later - very little has changed. Still no resolution, and havent had a response for 10 days.
