    I bought a 2012 high mileage Vauxhall Insignia from these guys and have now had it 9 months without anything other than service costs and even when a glow plug failed they fixed it quick. I would use them again

    Appalling and misleading company as a whole. We purchased a car from them and it was sold on the basis that it had an AA warranty, the car broke down eight weeks in and after numerous calls and emails we received a response to say they would contact the AA . A week passed and nothing so we Constacted the AA only to be told that there was no warranty on the car at all . This was then explained to Mr Haque who in his first email claimed it was below the amount they cover on warranty then on his next email told me that he had been on the phone to the AA to have the warranty work done, all communication that followed as the same . Finally the AA intervened and a warranty appeared, by which time we where nearly 300 out of pocket for recovery and work done to sort the car. These people sell cars without warranty on the hope they dont breakdown in the first three months , not only this then they deny selling you a car with warranty . Not a reputable dealer at all and a total disgrace to all car dealers who do the job properly. Think twice before using and sugest you film them selling you warranty so they dont lie after

    Please avoid these cowboys! I bought my car from them and had issues as soon as I drove it out of the dealership. I was more than patient sending my car back FOUR TIMES to enable them to fix the issue only the find that he was just resetting the dashboard and not fixing the issues. Their communication is sub-par, meaning you may not get a call back for weeks at a time or even at all. When I initially raised my concerns about the vehicle, the owner began shouting at my down the phone and refused to talk to me because I suggested the car was unroadworthy - which I have had confirmed from multiple mechanics that it is! They are now refusing to do anything about the vehicle and my case is now with the Ombudsman. Please, please, please avoid them at all costs. There are far more reputable companies out there who will not take your money in return for an unsafe vehicle and run. I wish I had returned the car straight away, just want to ensure no one else has to go through the stress that I have had with a small child!!

    Beware. We have had to raise a case with Trading standards. They sold us a corsa which had the owner details tippexed out, I questioned this and they said someone changed their mind. The car had an engine fault I noticed on driving away and on reading reviews I believe it may have been the car they tried to sell to someone else. They kept promising to repair it but every time we took it to them they didn't do it and said they couldn't find the fault. This went on for months where they expected us to keep taking the car back to them, which we did, the car never got fixed each time. They never contacted us back and we had to chase them all the time. Eventually they agreed to do it another time and then when we turned up on the day agreed and they again said they couldn't do it today and could we bring it back again another time. They took advantage of a young driver knowing that he would not know how to dispute this. Therefore we are now having to go to trading standards.
