David Powell on Google
Less happy with the aftersales after a fault that falls outside the Warranty. Very few calls returned, and the odd dodged message.
Lee did eventually agree to take the car back for a few days, but only fixed the symptoms so the fault reoccurred very quickly .
He then stopped answering the phone. I've given up trying to get Farm Garages to take responsibility, which has taken the shine off the car which is a shame.

Not all keys were provided, which meant I couldnt lock the car. My car was then broken into and some work materials were stolen. I had to chase the management constantly to try and get the issues resolved, which never resulted in anything. I was assured that the manager would contact me, but he never did until I had to chase up nearly a month later. I was waiting for the manager to send the correct keys and contact me in response to the theft I reported, but I couldnt wait any longer so I sorted it myself.
I had to pay to replace the lock so I could finally lock the car, when I informed the garage no offer was made to reimburse me or apologise for causing this disruption.
Extremely disappointing. I would not recommend.
