Great friendly people all cars presented well I have had 3 cars off them, never had a problem would recommend highly.

Comfortable sales process and was happy with the no fuss handover. Less happy with the aftersales after a fault that falls outside the Warranty. Very few calls returned, and the odd dodged message. Lee did eventually agree to take the car back for a few days, but only fixed the symptoms so the fault reoccurred very quickly . He then stopped answering the phone. I've given up trying to get Farm Garages to take responsibility, which has taken the shine off the car which is a shame.

Would definitely recommend this garage,friendly and helpful service from Lee and all the team at Farm Garages delivering to my home address was no problem for them ,all the cars are inspected and tested by the AA and this was one reason why I bought a car from them.

Really disappointing experience. Not all keys were provided, which meant I couldnt lock the car. My car was then broken into and some work materials were stolen. I had to chase the management constantly to try and get the issues resolved, which never resulted in anything. I was assured that the manager would contact me, but he never did until I had to chase up nearly a month later. I was waiting for the manager to send the correct keys and contact me in response to the theft I reported, but I couldnt wait any longer so I sorted it myself. I had to pay to replace the lock so I could finally lock the car, when I informed the garage no offer was made to reimburse me or apologise for causing this disruption. Extremely disappointing. I would not recommend.
