        I purchased a pair of walking boots a considerable period ago and there was an issue with the goods. I called the head office and spoke to one on the sales members. I was asked to return the goods for them to examine when I noticed the location of the head office and as such being in the area the next morning I delivered the boots. I received a call in the afternoon offering to replace the goods which I kindly accepted. The new boots were delivered the next day. Can I say what a fantastic customer service and a company the owners should be proud of.
