        Disorganised chaos! Booked for travel jabs easily... but then we discovered we didn't need the jabs afterall, i tried to cancel our appointments for myself and my husband from the day after booking....it is impossible!!! Iv sat waiting for the call to get answered for a total of 12hrs that's sitting for 25/35mins at a time for no one to answer or get cut off. I tried the online cancellation form...IT WONT SEND, so they have send reminders the day after we were due!...so maybe u will recieve it here...myself and husband will not be attending on the 19th Jan!

        We went to get some vaccines for a trip abroad and my daughter was absolutely petrified. It took over an hour to calm her down and the staff at the clinic couldnt have been more accommodating and helpful. Always appreciated when people go above and beyond!
