Wheelchair Taxi Bus

I was very disappointed with this company after my recent enquiry. Initially all seemed ok when I spoke to somebody about a booking I needed to make to take me to and from Crownhill Crematorium for my sons funeral and was advised to call back once I had the full details and they would take the booking. On calling back a few days later I was asked to text the details for my booking which I did that day. After that I never heard back from them despite calling again and sending a further text over the next few days. Considering they knew what my booking was for, I think it was absolutely disgusting that they didn't even bother to reply even if it was just to say they couldn't accommodate my booking. Poor, very poor!

Because my father had recently passed away, I needed to get my mother who has dementia and is physically disabled from Bucks into a care home near my home in Cornwall. Mark offered a competitive price, arrived early, assisted in getting my mother down steps and into the very comfortable vehicle. The journey was nearly 300 miles and he said I only had to ask if we needed a comfort stop. The weather was bad with heavy rain and a lot of surface water, which Mark took in his stride and completed the journey in just over five hours. Thank you Mark, you made what could have been a difficult day, so easy.
