Another fabulous holiday to Kenya booked with Mike and Cape Tours. All plans went smoothly with Mike using Cheli & Peacock as ground handlers in country; the concierge service from landing was first class, with a handle-holding service provided from the moment we touched down until our departure 10 days later when C&P managed to get us through business class entry for departures avoiding a massive queue at security scanning. The booking process was as seamless as ever and having benchmarked Cape Tours against other mainstream providers I continue to find Mikes competitiveness vs quality a key differentiator. The camps were all fabulous and we had some of the best game viewing we've experienced in 7 years travelling all over Africa with Cape Tours. Having visited Africa on 11 occasions since 2015, across ~30 lodges staying in South Africa, Tanzania, Kenya, Botswana, Zimbabwe, Zambia and Rwanda I would think of booking with no another operator beyond Cape Tours. We visited Zimbabwe/ Zambia in July, are just back from Kenya last week and I'm heading off to Zambia again mid-Oct. For the latter deal, Mike was able occasions to secure a fantastic deal/ discount through his ground handlers making an otherwise cost prohibitive safari possible. Mike and Cape Tours Ltd deliver every time and I'd happily recommend them to any new clients. The personal touch that comes from a smaller independent agent is a key differentiator for me with Mike always only a phone call away!

We have just returned from a fantastic family holiday in South Africa arranged through Mike at Cape Tours. The itinerary, accommodation, recommendations for activities and restaurants were all first class, as was local information and directions between destinations along the garden route. Even when there was a minor issue during the trip, Mike dealt with it very promptly. The original departure date was Dec 2020, then Dec 2021 so this was 3rd time lucky. Mike patience and understanding through out this process has been excellent and we are glad we used Cape Tours to help create lasting memories.
