By far the worst internet I have ever had started off well and fast now it's shocking can only get connected if your in the same room as the box and even then it switches on and off. Whenever we call to get it troubleshooted no one comes out and stuck in a contract were if you want to leave it's thousands of pounds!!!! CON CON CON I now use my 4G in my own home. Luckily are contract ends soon but won't be touching this company again!

We switched over to Boxx a while back and can honestly say we have never received a service as personal and professional as they have. the hole team from management to sales staff are so friendly and accomodating! they have saved us hundreds in phone and IT support. being a business that relies on our phone lines we followed their advice and even in times of dark ages when our power went down we could still use our land line for incoming and outgoing calls! i can't recommend the team enough, do yourself a favour give them a shout. thanks again Ryan

Boxx Communication Ltd - This company has no limit in says lyes constantly one excuse to another and its never their mistake, so you end up paying for no reason as their system is not good and to my views its not right.... Very bad customer service, which has now led us to cancel our new agreement with Boxx Communication on our second premises which we are opening soon this month. We all have issues with common technology services from time to time which nobody can avoid but the way its resolved makes in big impact on our daily businesses. We were disconnected for two days because Boxx failed to supply us an router for all of our telephones internet connections. We made a phone call to tell them that we were having problems with the network most of the times we were not hearing callers voice over the vop telephone, Boxx advised us that moving forward would be the change our Internet for the latest version, so the new contract was signed and a date was fix for a change over, but no one told us that a new router would be needed and this wasnt sent to us. Well on the day of change over, all phones internet stopped working, well we were thinking that it would come on until we called Boxx around 15:00 Thursday afternoon and was told that some mistakes has happened and the router will come on Monday. We requested Boxx to do something and get us up and running as our business is based on purely phone calls and Internet, well they said that they can give us a test router but they can only send it out tomorrow for Saturday delivery, we had ask them if someone can wait at Boxx office in Milton Keynes for us to pick up the router and was refused as office hours were up to 17:30, so we asked then courier ASAP to us then was told not possible, so we said to get it to us by Uber, still refused and told us that they will post it next day delivery with guarantee before 12 Friday, this wasnt good for us as again we would have to make do with no services until later during the day. This was bad enough as I constantly requested that I will pay for whatever cost that is to get the router to me ASAP, nothing happened and Boxx kept on blaming there suppliers as a failure to deliver to us on time which makes no sense to us so was told by Emma At Boxx that running a business like ours should have two routers in place should one ever goes down which we will do for moving forward thanks for your advise but by a different supplier should boxx ever let us down again. I I think we have learnt a valuable lesson here, and for Boxx Im surprise after all this no one even tried to follow-up our issue except Mark but then the damage has been done as of poor services from the owner with no care of customer service but shows the Ego of their successful business Boxx Communication ltd. If youre planning to join Boxx, be prepared for this type of service, they can change the staff and the management but the owners remain the same.
