        Initial good service and help setting up the device. We spent 500 on a router and a further 200 on aerials and cable. We chose a commercial grade unit and discussed the high traffic capabilities of the router. 15 months down the line (and only a 12 month warranty) and we have a glorified paper weight. No help from comms365, other than an invoice for a brand new unit. Might as well buy a 100 router and replace frequently, the the units on sale here are no better. Worked great when working, but there are cheaper and more stable options if the router is going to be replaced every 15 months.
