Two weeks ago I bought a couple of Easter cakes...one type (cozonac) and it was too dry, the other (pasca) was raw inside...what a shame - that was around 26 down the drain! I love the Romanian festivity cakes - next time I'll have to buy privately or from another store. I should have read their shop reviews first!
