Where to start! Ordered my delivery to arrive today between 17:00 and 19:00 and the driver showed up at 15:43 and sent me a text to tell me I had missed my delivery! Then I called the support line, they contacted the store and then the driver came back with my delivery after 17:00. Quickly after the driver left I noticed half of my order was missing so I contacted the support line again as I was starting to panic my children would have no lunch's for tomorrow! To be told they have emailed the MK store but probably wouldn't get a response, then I asked to make a formal complaint. The service agent put me on hold and hung up, then despite having my contact number never bothered to call me back. When trying to call back the lines had closed! Every time I get an online delivery from this store there is a problem! Avoid at all costs.
