        This has been such a find! Gorgeous cabin with separate entrance so theres no awkward visiting someones home environment. Kate was so friendly and immediately put me at ease. We started things with a really thorough consultation meant that she could really get to the bottom of my reasons for the appointment. And she did this so quickly - lots of ideas, lots of suggestions and all really easy to understand. The massage itself was really good - Kate clearly knows her stuff. The hot bamboo sticks were a particular highlight and with a wellness and holistic background, it was so much more than a sports rehab massage. Im really excited to go back in 3 weeks!!
