Had called and booked an appointment as a new customer two weeks prior, turned up for my appointment and they had booked someone else in for my slot, with no record of me on the system. Will not be trying to re book with them.

Wayne is brilliant. I have seen many different physio's for long-term problems. None of them have made much difference but after only 1 session with Wayne, he fully understood what was going on with me, explained my issues in an understandable way and gave me the correct treatment and exercises. I have also had a massage with Caroline Gulliver here which was absolutely fantastic.

Had an appointment with a lady about pain in my shoulder a few months ago. Whilst very friendly, it seemed the lady had no idea what she was doing or how to diagnose me as my pain wasn't severe. Thought I may be double jointed and gave me stability exercises that did not help (I am not double jointed). All whilst pushing their pilates classes at me. I did not return for another appointment. Months later, I still had pain in my shoulder and my new sports therapist has diagnosed my shoulder impingement and bicep tendonitis upon first examination and after 6 appointments, my shoulder pain is gone. I would not recommend this place for sports injuries/sports rehabilitation and I dont normally leave negative reviews but I expected better for 50.
