As an old Keylogic customer who was extremely happy, I found that the quality of support went downhill after Castleton bought them. New support calls could take up to 2 weeks to get an initial response, unless chased. Their staff are constantly changing and all the best, most knowledgable team members seem to have now left. When I did start enquiring about my contractual terms so that I could leave them, nobody would come back to me with the information. The last two years have been a complete waste of money.
In short, do yourself a favour and find a better IT support partner.
