I placed my order for side tables, with Denelli Italia, over the phone. I received very good customer service from Steve, who answered all of my questions and promptly processed my order.

Thanks to Steve Stathers for the helpful information and guidance he provided while I was selecting my new sofa. Of the three companies I contacted (the other two being Natuzzi and BoConcept) I chose Denelli Italia principally because of the service Steve provided. Swatches arrived the next day, phone calls were returned promptly - as were emails. Five stars all round.

We went here to look at dining furniture. We were very impressed with the quality and variety on offer. We wanted a ceramic top and we were able to chose from numerous coloured tops and different style bases. We received first class service from Bailey, nothing was too much trouble for him - he arranged different style chairs around the table to help us chose. The products we ordered are produced and shipped from Italy. I just hope the product delivered and projected time scale also meet the standards are service we have received to date.
