I was greeted and looked after by Ashley Mlambo who was really approachable and supportive when finding the perfect car suited to me. Leo was also very friendly and accommodating in helping me; excellent manager. They both provided me with extra assistance when necessary and I felt very comfortable trusting this professional workplace. Thanks for the great service :)

Ioana Blaj and her manager were very very helpful to the point that they stayed 30-45min overtime to make sure I could find the right car for me. We went to the store for three days straight and took a test drive where Ioana was very reassuring as I was quite nervous (I just recently passed my driving test hence the nerves). The customer service was top notch! Definitely recommend!

I hesitated for a long time whether to write this review, but finally decided to write it. My first Skoda adventure. I had many cars and I have never encountered such an unprofessional approach to the customer. Waiting for the service is at least a month. Last year the car was immobilized due to a coolant leak.Having two small children without a car is a real nightmare. The car was accepted for service after a few days but repaired after about 4 weeks without a courtesy car. In mid-February, another problem with the car.Appointment booked for mid-March.I received a call the day before that an one of the employee from service team had just left. I got an offer to visit at the beginning of April. Unfortunately, the employee from customer service did not confirm by e-mail as I asked, so I had a problem to prove that such a conversation took place at all. In the meantime, the car created more problems. Now, there are about 5 different things that do not allow the car to be functional and fully usable. Another visit confirmed in early May, when I wanted to confirm whether this visit and the courtesy car that I need, it turned out that it was not booked for this time. No reliability, once again. I think it's high time to improve communication with the customer and improve the quality of customer service. Overall I am very pleased with the car in terms of looks and practicality but unfortunately the after sales and service is very unprofessional. I'm sure, I won't decide on another Skoda, but it's just that I had a very unpleasant experience.
