When I went for my consultation I was advised its best to go for 8 sessions of laser so I opted for this package (not cheap or reasonably priced either) but I felt I needed it so chose to have 8 sessions.
After my 8 sessions were completed the hair grew back even worse than when i first started. When i reached out to Skn they advised me i had a skin problem when i advised them thats not correct and i have no such thing they then went on to say because i said between the 6 weeks of each session the hair wasnt growing back as fast they couldnt do anything. Even though i only completed my sessions 8 weeks after all the hair grew back!!!
I have been going back and forward with the manager (Alex) who shouldnt even be managing as her attitude and knowledge of your treatments isnt upto date. Lets not forget the amount of emails Ive sent chasing for a response i mean every email i sent i chased a week later, when i did finally get a response its because theyve been too busy or on holiday!
Its taken them 4+ months to even give me any answers as I still dont know why its not worked, all she said she could do is give me 50% of the next sessions but why would i drive to MK another 2 times if its not worked at all for the first 8 times?
If you do get to stage 3 of the complaint they will then send you details to contact ISCAS again you can go ahead and read the 1 star ratings they have!!!
If you do happen to go pay through Visa so you can claim back if its not worked, do not opt for omni the financial company they use as they will threaten you with a bad credit report if your bank do a chargeback.
Absolutely terrible experience would not recommend to my worst enemy defo not returning and would advise you all to AVOID and save your 2,000 spend this on real professionals who know what they are doing!!!
Got a faster response on here leaving a review then i did emailing and chasing, absolute joke.
