Had to cancel booking 8 months prior - they refused to refund the full amount paid and stop responding to calls. Also took a 200 damage deposit 8 months before or arrival, which was 3 days before Christmas (not obvious there) and refused to return that either. Don't be fooled by the website that has contact details for reservations, customer service etc. They all go to one person's mobile number and once you have got through on a call once, and he owes you money, your number is logged and you will get no reply. If you value your money and do not want to be ripped off - avoid!

Stole my Paid deposit and then didnt return to any of my messages. Disgusting service and in humane behaviour stealing money. Dont ever go to this place in your life. I dont recommend at all. Rooms: Broken furniture and smells really bad. DO NOT RECOMMEND

Atrium was our home for 8 months , very clean and nice apartment , very central , luxury furnishings. Since begging Alena the manager gave us all the support we needed to move there ! Also Paul the Handyman was kind and helped us with the moving . Definetly I recommend this property and the staff !

Alena is an amazing person to speak to, and to work with. I went to see the atrium for one of the properties and not only were they all very well maintained and clean, she even chose to show me others which werent listed. Her and Paul go above and beyond, and their local knowledge is unparalleled. Would love to work with the team again in the future.
