I completely appreciate and understand that i saw the apartment prior but:
1. Having no hot water to shower and then having to go back to our own house just to have a shower was also a huge inconvenience
2. There was a bad mouldy smell every time you walk in you can instantly smell it and with my asthma, Inhaling that toxic substance it does affect my breathing and can lead to an asthma attack wish luckily i didn't have one cause i wasn't in the apartment for long.
3. The lamp not working, which i appreciate you fixing as soon as you can but are these things not checked before hand?
4. Bathroom was not clean. The walls and glass were so dirty and the toilet smelt horrible, i did buy domestos to help with the smell but even after using a whole bottle there wasn't much difference.
5. With all the rain on Saturday, the rain was coming into the room through the windows, I'm aware of the window in the lounge that doesn't not open at all and i accepted that but the watering coming through the windows in the bedroom was not very pleasant, the room was colder and had the heating on all night including extra blankets we had to get from home. No blankets or extra pillows provided.
