        We contacted Dean as our inherited burglar alarm was playing up, and wouldn't turn off. With a two month old baby, this was very stressful! Called many Alarm companies before Dean, and none of them seemed to care less. Dean answered promptly, and within 20 mins he was round ours, and job done! Alarm off! What shone through was he actually cares about his customers. We're booking him in to remove the old system. Without hesitation! I can't recommend Impact Electrical & Security Systems strongly enough!
