We have been using DTG for a few years now, printing t-shirts, hoodies, bags, cushions etc for our online business. They are an excellent company who always try to get our products printed and in the post promptly. I would recommend them.

I was told they could print both sides of a tote bag. Then they decided not to stick to their word. It was a leaving present for a much loved teacher. Very very disappointed.

Fantastic Supplier run by Extremely Helpful staff Moved my business over to DTG UK right in the middle of the pandemic around May June 2020.. and since then all Ive had is support, understanding, regular communication and everything in between. The quality is fantastic, and theyre always working to improve their print processes. Amazing range of products and services, allowing my business to grow and adapt. Extremely helpful and responsive from Team, Nick in particular. They work with me and support my businesses growth and development to help us succeed Understandably, with corona virus and brexit, there have been some teething issues re stock with wholesalers and delivery lead times, but have been kept in the loop and everything has been managed so well. Couldnt rate higher

From my first and only experience I would recommend you avoid this company. I'm in the early stages of setting up an online printed apparel brand and stumbled across DTGUK the file uploading process and interface suited me and i was excited by the fact the machine they use to garment print was one of 4 in the UK and of top quality......unfortunately none of that mattered as the communication, well lack there of made it impossible to get any questions answered in a timely fashion. I loaded 75 balance to their website for sampling needs and set up my 2 test orders advised on the site "due to covid..." i would expect my orders within 6 days one order came in 9 days and was printed on the incorrect garment (the first order to come was actually placed second of the two orders a day apart) I tried getting in touch as soon as i opened the package and saw my garment was incorrect. thankfully they offered to change straight and let me keep the incorrect garment. however i was still missing the first of my two initial orders (placed on the 7th Jan 21) the replacement for the incorrect order and and the other order came at the same time on the 22nd by this time i had decided that i would not be going forward with DTGUK as my garment printing provider due to the lack of communication and when i did get communication it was one word answers with little compassion. I asked through email and on their "live" chat to reimburse my remaining balance. they did but 5 short which is why I'm writing this review...Keep the 5
