Oodles Milton Keynes

I am giving this 2 stars for their concept and noodles. Their fried rice is the worst, they are using freshly cooked rice for it. If uncle Roger tastes the fried rice at this place, he will be shouting 'Haiyaaah'.

The manager of this store doesnt behave well and is very rude, should be replaced for better service to be received by the customers

Very poor experience. I went with a friend, and we got the meal for 2 option which was around 21. It comes with two regular boxes, spring rolls, chicken wings, and two drinks. We were order number 100. The guy read out order number 94, and no one was going up to collect it. He then looked over at us and said are you guys sleeping? We went over, and showed him our receipt. Turns out he didnt even give a receipt to the peoples whose order it actually was, and tried giving us their food. What a numpty. When we went to collect the food after it took 30mins to get ready (he did tell us it would take this long tbf); he gave us the two regular boxes, and the drinks. Then he gives us two bags of prawn crackers?? Apparently they ran out of the spring rolls, and wings but he didnt mention it when he took our order and money. At this point, my friend was fuming and demanded he provided a refund. Initially he refused, then gave us 3 back. Shocking service, the food was average, and its not gone well with my stomach either!! Tables were filthy as well.
