We arrived on time, no clear entrance and spent first 15 minutes of our session trying to find a way in, rang the owner but no one responded despite then being told he was there the whole time. Incredibly unprofessional. Entrance it turns out is round the back down an ally with no signage to denote this. Nothing on the confirmation email was incredibly let down by the staff that then blamed us for wasting our own time by not coming inside right away. When we explained that we had spent the time trying to get in we were told "well Ive been here all day and no one tried to get in". The room itself, I guess you get what you pay for, a tiny room with no room to move and after 1 hour the keys players keyboard was shorting out as the plug was overheating, tried a different socket and it was fine so the electronics were against us too. Once we packed down and were leaving we told once again that if you arrive on time you get the full time and that it was our fault we couldn't find the entrance and then tried to argue our point, so customer service is a huge miss. Left sunglasses in the room and spent 5 min banging on the main door just to get in and ask to get them, so there is no one watching the front door anyway so even if we had found it no one was there to let us in it seems. 2 stars for the fact we were able to use the space to our advantage but overall I will never use this company again.
