Unfair of me to review this place as I was there to collect a coach load of staff for a works outing. I would say- though - it does appear to be one of the coolest working environments ever. A multi-level reception showcasing current and past Marshalls masterpieces. A cool seating area. A huge screen showing Uber funky Marshalls footage. Digital streamed music through Marshalls products. I did ask staff if this was a really cool place to work and with big smiles on their faces they all replied, "Yes". Nuff said.

If this were another company it would have been less stars, but because i appreciate their style and the fact they don't saturate the market with every product under the sun, i make it 4 stars, and i would have put 3.673 stars if i could have, because of the apparent bullying culture within the staff read about in comments. To the point, i've been a pretty damn happy owner of the awesome looking and sounding KILBURN 70W Bluetooth speaker (the original and best one with brass, yellowish material mesh, and amp like texture) and by the way the new one with plastic corners is ugly wuggly, but different people need different options i understand that.. So back to the point, the bluetooth connectivity on the thing is frustrating... I have a $40 bluetooth module in another wood speaker i built and it never fails to connect to everything. This KILBURN speaker is infuriating sometimes... I just want to switch it on while every time having it connect, like the speaker i built (with the chinese bluetooth board i might add). C'mon, where's the British quality? It's key component is blutooth, so you have to absolutely nail the Bluetooth board to match it's looks! I believe you could have done better electrical engineering on that board. Pshh... Sitting here on the laptop in the workshop while not been able to connect it to my laptop.. Will have to use my trusty speaker.

So many thanks to the whole team at Marshall Studio.. The tour was such an insight into the skills ,precision and the dedication of all employees. Steve was our guide. What knowledge and fantastic stories of the great musicians that developed their careers with the world's best amplifier manufacturer. Thank you all . I really had no idea ,prior to my visit day,of how much goes into a "magic" box that has crated the music of my life. I will visit again if I get the opportunity. Hospitality was first class. A three hour ride home on my trusty R18 BMW gave me time to reflect on a truly brilliant day. Thank yo.
