        Looking to buy a property they manage in Leicester as had a query on the service charge. Tried to phone and having negotitaed the robot telephone service reached a dead end when selecting the relevant dept. Called again and tried different dept. only to be directed to a voicemail. Having read the previous reviews and based on my experience, this doesn't instill me with confidence in purchasing a Leasehold property managed by them.

        We are trying to get intouch with this company since last 3 weeks as we are selling our property , doing emails, calls and what not but this company has not responded to us. We have paid them 400 for the management pack and information written in it is incorrect. No one from this company has audacity to get back to our solicitors or us. Worst worst experience ever honestly. They are just doing frauds and looting people by taking money and giving false information in management pack and not responding to the proper query.
