        Our zip line was damaged since December 2021 (15 months ) "waiting for some parts"

        Avoid this company. High prices with minimal to no service provided. Attempted to charge an extortionate amount of money for a survey of our building that wasnt required. They didnt follow a proper tender service and when we challenged the necessity and asked for transparency around their accounts all we got was threatening letter to pay the money.

        Contacted Broadlands today. Maybe they need to go on a course to learn how to be polite and communicate with people. They couldn't of been less helpful if they tried. I will send formal complaint about the lady involved. She needs to go and work somewhere where there's none too talk too. Unhelpful to every degree.
