I wasnt going to review this company as they are an absolute waste of time, however after almost having a mental breakdown because of them Im now experiencing more problems due to their shoddy workmanship. I had my kitchen re-fitted in May 2022 it was meant to take 10 days but ended up taking 6 weeks because I refused to accept the kitchen in the condition they left it. Im now sat here with emergency workmen pulling cupboards out and cutting holes because theyve left a leak which has been dripping into my neighbours flat below, this has been happening since May Im still dealing with the fall out of this company. They drilled a hole through my wall whilst fitting a socket which was never fixed, they use mastic and filler like its the only way to do a job. The workers were rude and disrespectful, my carpets were ruined where they didnt use dust sheets, they stored kitchen cupboards and worktops in the stairwell in an unsafe way. Ive never known a company like it , they made what should have been a nice thing into a living nightmare.

0 Stars! Awful experience. FSG staff are as good as Stevie wonder and Ray Charles put together! Absolute blind leading the blind! Not great contractors And if you complain they counter complain, so basically you cant highlight the poor work they are doing to our homes. They caused me to have a near on break down, rude and wont own up to their poor workmanship. Best advice Dont let them loose in your house, and dont let them supply your new kitchen. They will mastic over all their awful work rather than fixing it. Like thats is the only solution. They dont use protective covering on their feet and traipse mud through your home and not even apologise, the lack of respect for peoples home is unreal! I had a wonkey front door causing a fire hazard and awful draft, and apparently their best chippy said thats how the front doors are hung? Wonkey! Had a private contractor come in a find a 1 inch gap all around my door frame. But I was treated so wrong when I was infact absolutely right. Iv not had one good experience with this company, be warned!

Been over a month now since FSG came out and planned half inch of the bottom of our front door leaving this huge air gap at the bottom, in the middle of winter and a cost of energy crisis. Over a month and still not resolved
